The Language Exchange periodically offers study scholarships in conjuction with public agencies, institutes and associations responsible for the teaching and diffusion of Italian language and culture. Because of our common aims and goals, these organizations have been selected by Lang-Ex to be the sole recipients of these scholarships. These organizations are present in Italy and throughout the world.
These agencies and associations are responsible for the promotion of the competitive scholarships and the selection and the presentation of each qualified candidate to our school. The eventual recipients of the scholarships are selected according to strict criteria which take into account ability, knowledge of the Italian language and personal economic need and desire.
This initiative is one of the ways that we at Lang-Ex hope to place value on, and spread, intercultural exchange and multilingualism while at the same time removing economic and social barriers. It is often these limits which hinder persons of great merit and motivation from taking part in educational and training experiences and by offering these scholarships we hope to grant the opportunity to those who would otherwise not have the opportunity.
When the scholarship is announced, information about the competitive scholarships and the agencies which promote them will be published and available on our website on the Notice Board.
